Hydro Turf is a specialist hydroseeding and erosion control contractor, working on major infrastructure projects across the UK for Tier 1 contractors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced ground operatives to join our team.

We work on everything from bespoke landscaping schemes, major sports projects, and development sites to major UK infrastructure works, delivering across the UK for Tier 1 contractors. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a contract role, with length tied to project requirements. There may be the possibility of extension or a permanent position depending on our ongoing pipeline.

Requirements:

• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence (minimum age 25)
• Clean DBS check
• Towing licence (B+E)
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for site work when required

Desirable, but not essential:

• CPCS qualifications (e.g. telehandler, excavator)
• First aid certification
• Previous experience in hydroseeding, groundworks, or a related industry

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Location:
Based out of Cranleigh, Surrey, with travel to sites nationwide.
